My work examines the distortions of perception due to the limits of our physical constraints, our personal biases, and changes in perspective (both concrete and metaphorical).

The color-shifting pigments serve both as a hint at additional unseen dimensions as well as a way to illustrate our perceptual dependence on context—in this case, from changes in angles of illumination as one moves past each piece, and from changes in light intensity over the course of the day.
